Bob is the founder of InCourt Technologies, a trial consulting firm, and has extensive experience in the complex litigation services business. With over 25 years of experience, Bob is recognized as a leader in the industry and considered an integral member of his clients’ trial team. Having worked on over 200 trials, he has an intimate understanding of each client’s unique needs and their trial requirements and the subtle yet challenging nuances of courtroom protocol and procedure. Bob is well versed in all aspects of trial preparation, courtroom presentation and electronic trial support. He has worked with trial counsel in federal and state courtrooms across the United States and personally oversees every aspect of the business.

Bob is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in business.  He is married with 2 children, both attending law school.  When not in the courtroom, Bob can be found at the beach or watching the Red Sox or Patriots.

Meredith Cale specializes in trial presentation, courtroom technology set up, and trial room support.  She provides trial teams with an extensive working knowledge of database and exhibit management that she carries over from her seven year tenure as a paralegal with a well know Birmingham law firm.  Meredith has extensive courtroom experience working in many demanding and challenging situations of complex litigation and  has assisted trial teams across the county with her creative and dedicated approach on 75 plus trials.  You are in great hands when Meredith is part of your trial team.

Meredith earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University and lives in Birmingham, Alabama.  When not working, Meredith is very active with her church, enjoys spending time with her family and friends and she is a serious War Eagle Fan.
